What does this STORM II AI video recreate?
The Yung Lean STORM trend comes from “STORM,” GENER8ION’s music video featuring Yung Lean, directed by Romain Gavras with choreography by Damien Jalet. This template recreates the red-brick crowd sequence: a mostly still lead, synchronized dancers, a bow and a widening camera view. “STORM II” is the trend’s search label here; it is not the name of a video model.
Choose a 10- or 15-second cut on any listed model, or the full 28-second sequence on Seedance 2.5. These are cuts of one routine, not three different dances.
Watch the original STORM music videoChoose your lead and crowd before generating
To remake the STORM crowd shot, decide who stays in the center and who repeats across the dancers. The role order matters more than the filename.
1. Assign the photos
Use Lead + crowd for two photos: Photo 1 is the still lead and Photo 2 repeats across the dancers. Use Lead only for one photo and an invented crowd. Swap the photos before generating if the roles are reversed.
2. Choose one take
Select the model, length, native 9:16 or 16:9 frame, and resolution. Read the displayed credit total, then generate. Keep the task open or return to My videos while it finishes.
3. Check the downloaded MP4
Download the finished file. Watch the lead, near and far crowd rows, bow, ending and sound before uploading it or buying another attempt. Compare the original file with a social-platform upload if it looks soft.
Choose a sharp photo with one clear person or pet. Avoid heavy filters, covered faces and several equally prominent subjects. Two photos of the same person can fill both roles; their appearance may still vary across distant dancers.
Check the original MP4 before paying for another take
Pause the download at the beginning, middle and end. A face that is wrong in the original will not become the right face simply because you upload it at a higher resolution.
| Inspect | What to look for | Before another take |
|---|---|---|
| Center lead | Does the lead resemble Photo 1 before and after the crowd bends? Look for a changing face or clothing that suddenly jumps. | If the wrong role is present, swap the photos. If identity drifts, try a clearer, less obstructed photo; another run can still differ. |
| Front crowd rows | Do the visible dancers resemble Photo 2 in crowd mode? Check faces and hands through the lean and bow. | Use a simple photo with one subject. One good front-row face does not establish that every copied face is correct. |
| Distant crowd rows | Look for melting outlines, disconnected bodies or rows that stop moving while nearby rows continue. | Higher resolution may help small details, but it does not guarantee correct identities or synchronized choreography. |
| Bow and camera pullback | Watch at normal speed with sound. The crowd should move as a group while the center stays comparatively still and the view widens. | If timing is wrong in the MP4, adding the song again will not repair the motion. A new generation is a separate paid attempt. |
| Last second | Check for a sudden face change, frozen pose, black frame or an unexpectedly cut-off ending. | Choose the length for the sequence you need. The shorter cuts do not contain the full 28-second opening. |
Is it blurry in the download or only after posting?
Keep the downloaded MP4 as your comparison copy. A small in-page player can hide defects; a compressed social upload can add softness that was absent from the original.
| What you see | Check first | Useful next step |
|---|---|---|
| Soft or blocky original | Open the MP4 locally at its actual size. Check a close crowd face and the brickwork. | A higher output resolution may give more detail in a new take. This tool does not upscale or repair an existing video. |
| Clear original, soft post | Compare the same frame before and after uploading. Allow the platform to finish processing. | Upload the original MP4 with the platform’s high-quality option if available. Avoid repeated downloads and exports before paying to regenerate. |
| Sharp image, wrong face | Compare the lead with Photo 1 and the crowd with Photo 2. | Check role order and photo clarity. A sharp wrong face is an identity problem, not a resolution problem. |
Keep the original song and choose the right frame
The export includes the matching section of STORM. Generate 9:16 for a vertical post or 16:9 for a wider crowd view; avoid cropping a finished horizontal clip when the outer rows matter.
Listen to the MP4 before importing it into CapCut or a posting app. If you also add a music track, mute one copy to avoid doubled audio. Keep the video and its included sound together when trimming.
The included soundtrack is not a music license. A platform may restrict, replace or mute it. Check the platform’s music and AI-label options for the account and use you have in mind.

Values use the cheapest sold credit: $79 ÷ 1,200 credits. They are allocations of a prepaid pack, not individual cash checkout prices. Smaller packs have a higher price per credit.
| Question | Current answer |
|---|---|
| Free credits | Eligible signups receive 1 credits valid for 3 days. The lowest STORM II video costs 13 credits. The signup credit alone does not cover a video. |
| Smallest pack that covers a video | Popular: $12.99 for 150 credits; enough for 11 lowest-cost videos or 2 videos at the default selection. |
| Watermark | Videos from accounts without a purchase carry a watermark. A credit-pack purchase unlocks the clean original of an existing video without generating again. |
| Song and download | The completed MP4 includes the original song segment. Use Download MP4 to save the file. |
| Technical failure | A job that fails to finish, including an unsuccessful asset review or render, returns its charged credits. |
| Completed result you want to redo | A completed result is not automatically refunded for appearance or taste. Generating again costs the displayed credits again. |

Questions before your next STORM II take
Why does the lead’s face change during my STORM II AI video?
Identity can drift as the camera and surrounding bodies move. Check the downloaded file, then compare the lead with Photo 1. A clear, unobstructed photo may help a new attempt, but neither a different model nor higher resolution guarantees a consistent face.
Why did my friend become the lead instead of the crowd?
In Lead + crowd mode, Photo 1 is the center lead and Photo 2 supplies the crowd identity. Use Swap photos before generating if those roles are reversed. A finished video cannot have its roles changed in place.
What should I do if the STORM crowd moves out of sync?
Watch the downloaded MP4 at normal speed with its included sound, especially the bow and camera pullback. If the mismatch is in that file, it is a generation defect. Re-uploading it or laying the song over it again does not repair the choreography; another generation is a new paid take.
Will 720p or 1080p fix a wrong face or melting dancers?
Higher output resolution can give small details more room, but it does not guarantee correct faces, anatomy or timing. Check photo quality and role order first. This generator makes a new video; it does not upscale or repair your existing MP4.
Why does the STORM II clip look worse after I post it?
Compare the downloaded MP4 with the uploaded version at the same frame. If only the post is soft, platform processing or compression may be involved. Upload the original file, enable high-quality uploads where available and avoid several rounds of export before deciding to regenerate.
Do I need to add the STORM song again in CapCut?
No. The completed MP4 already carries the matching song segment. Keep that sound when trimming; if you add another music track, mute one copy. Music availability and permission on the posting platform remain separate from making the video.
Are failed videos and unsatisfactory completed videos both refunded?
A technical failure returns the credits charged for that job. A completed video you dislike is not automatically refunded. Inspect faces, crowd motion, ending and sound before paying for another attempt; the next generation has its own displayed charge.
My STORM II video has been pending for 20 minutes. Should I click Generate again?
Check its status in this page or My videos first. A slow job can still be processing; starting another job can create another charge. Keep the task ID for support if it stops progressing. A failed job returns its charged credits when the failure is recorded.
